Privacy

This page explains what BEMD Properties does with the details you give us on this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), your message and the page you sent it from. When you sign up for new-listing emails we keep your email address, your name if you give it, and whether you want land, homes or both.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, to arrange inspections, and to send the new-listing emails you asked for. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are helping you and for our records. You can stop new-listing emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, and you can ask us to delete your details by emailing us.
